Morning Wake Up (Virtual)

Join us for 50 minutes of intentional morning wake-up. Designed out of a need that has become apparent throughout our time of being therapists, this offering blends together connection, mindfulness, and momentum-building. You can expect the structure to look like: moments to connect with others over your morning beverage, active intention setting for the day (or week!), a guided mindfulness exercise to set you up for increased emotional regulation, and of course laughter.

There’s no weekly commitment, though we recommend making as many Morning Wake-Ups as possible to continue to build meaningful connections with others and yourself, as well as build momentum around healthy habits and self-nurturing practices.

Materials needed: a quiet space, whatever you use to take notes and make lists, and your morning beverage!

Disclaimer: This is not a therapeutic processing group. We as the therapists will infuse aspects of mental healthcare in our facilitation of the group, and there may be vulnerable sharing from participants; however, the nature of this group is to create community and gentler mornings in a society of rushing and loneliness. If you’re looking for an opportunity to process your mental health, we would suggest attending a group therapy offering or inquiring about individual therapy services.
